To place your order:

* Add your favorite item(s) into your shopping cart
*Click the shopping cart icon.
*Review your order and click Checkout or Paypal.
* Confirm your shipping details and payment method, click Complete order. After receiving your payment, we will begin to prepare your items at once. The tracking number and link will be sent to your registered email address after your items are shipped out.
1. You can log in our website with your email and track your order status in "My orders" if you placed the order under your resigerred acount.
2. If the order was placed without signing in, Please click here and enter your Order Number and Email Address to see your order details.
Currently, you can receive your order within 1-2 weeks. Once your order is placed, your order will be processed within 1-3 business days.
This does not mean we have not received your order. Your order is being prepared, and readied for shipment*
Please Note: Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
It is only possible to make a change to your order within 2 hours of placing it and if the order has not been processed. We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact our Customer Care team (within 2hours) at support-careservice@ulikebeauty.com with your change/cancellation request details included.
Paying with PayPal
1. With PayPal, you can send payments quickly and securely online.
2. Through PayPal, you can pay with credit card, debit card, or bank account balance.
3. Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal's site where you can make the payment.
Advantages of using PayPal
Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account. Ulike doesn't receive your credit card number or bank information (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use. Paying with Credit Card
If you have an unpaid order and want to use a different payment method, it's easy:
1. Sign into ‘My Account’ and click ‘My Orders’.
2. Click on the unpaid order you want to complete payment on.
3. Click ‘Edit Order’ and select your desired payment method, and then proceed to pay.
I am sorry to say we cannot accept this cash on delivery. We really appreciate that you buy items from Ulike, and Ulike provides buyers with payment methods such as paypal and credit card/ debit card.

So please pay for your order in full, in advance, and we will give you the top class services.
We can ship the United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia. Please be assured that your address can be chosen from our shipping countries drop-down list when you fill in the shipping address.
You can only change the shipping address while your order is still in production. You can Contact Us to send the correct shipping address. Our representatives will help you with that.
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address nor delivery options.
*Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office prior to ordering.
* You may return any items within 30 days of receiving your item (they must be placed and by the mail to be returned).
*The product must be returned clean and in its entirety, together with its original packaging.
* Customers will responsible for the return shipping fees if it's due to their own reason to return.
If we send you the wrong version by mistake, we will take the shipping fees;
* If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us at careservice@ulikebeauty.com and we will gladly send you a new one! If you do not notify us of a defective or damaged product, we will assume the product was not damaged or defective when you received it. If a damaged item is returned without any notification, we will not be able to process the return.
* Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
* Refunds should appear on your account within 5 business days after processing if you use a Credit card to check out.
* Refunds should appear on your account within 1-2 business days after processing if you use PayPal to check out.
* Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. If refund still not shows in your bank account. Please contact your credit card company, it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support-careservice@ulikebeauty.com
Ulike Beauty is committed to quality. Each Ulike device is rigorously tested for quality and performance. Our limited, 1-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of your device. The limited warranty begins on the date of purchase and expires one year later.
This limited warranty does not cover damage, defects, or failure caused by abuse or misuse; improper care; impact or insertion of foreign objects; vandalism; improper storage; improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair; application of harmful chemicals; Acts of God, fire, or water; abrasives; negligence; failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions; loss of the device; normal wear and tear; alteration; overuse; professional use; or commercial use.
