Return & Waranty

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Ulike product(s) for a refund of the purchase price of the item(s) being returned plus any tax paid on the specific item(s). Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. In order to receive the refund, please review the following:

• You may obtain a return service by contacting Ulike Customer Contact Center through email to careservice@ulikebeauty.com

Products that are received by Ulike in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and will be rejected:

• Any product not purchased from ulikeglobal.com
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
• Any product that exhibits physical damage.
• Appearance is naturally stained by use.
• Warranty period expired.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

• Return costs are free for refund and replacement returns of the same item within the return policy period, only provided the product are defective due to manufacturer reason.

WARRANTY POLICY

• For the products not registered with extended warranty, full refund guarantee can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase, and maintenance warranty period is 1 year.

1-YEAR WARRANTY

Ulike Beauty is committed to quality. Each Ulike device is rigorously tested for quality and performance. Our limited, 1-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of your device.

Your 1-year limited warranty is valid for you alone, the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY? 

This limited warranty does not cover damage, defects, or failure caused by abuse or misuse; improper care; impact or insertion of foreign objects; vandalism; improper storage; improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair; application of harmful chemicals; Acts of God, fire, or water; abrasives; negligence; failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions; loss of the device; normal wear and tear; alteration; overuse; professional use; or commercial use. 

HOW LONG DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY LAST?

The limited warranty begins on the date of purchase and expires one year later.
